We refer to SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26, 2018 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/DDHS/ON/P/2020/41 dated March 23, 2020 on Fund raising by issuance of Debt Securities by Large Entities ( Circular ) and hereby confirm that Videocon Industries Limited (the Company ) does not fulfil the requirements of being a Large Corporate for the financial year 2019-2020 as per the framework and applicability criteria given under the Circular.

Accordingly, the Company is not required to submit any disclosure in terms of the said circular.
