Mexico City, December 22, 2020 Infraestructura Energetica Nova, S.A.B. de C.V. (IEnova) informs that today it has been notified by the rating agency HR Ratings about the assignment of a HR PAC2+ rating. This rating ratifies that IEnova has the mechanisms that seek to define, identify and offer a response to corruption, asset misappropriation and financial fraud schemes within the organization and that IEnova has the capacity to prevent such schemes through its current policies and, should they occur, it has the necessary procedures and action schemes to respond effectively to such situations.

It is important to note that, according to information from the agency itself, the rating obtained by IEnova regarding the evaluation of its Integrity Policy is the highest rating that HR Ratings has given so far since it began implementing this rating methodology.
