In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations 2015, as amended ( SEBi Listing Regulaitons ), we hereby wish to inform that pursuant to the Orders dated March 22, 2024 and March 28, 2024 ( Orders ) the Hon ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench ( NCLT ) in the Company Scheme Application
No. CA(CAA)/9/MB/2024, two separate Meetings of the A Ordinary Shareholders and Ordinary Shareholders of Tata Motors Limited ( the Company ) are scheduled to be held on Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at 11.00 a.m (IST) at 2.30 p.m (IST), respectively, through Video Conferencing ( VC )/ Other Audio Visual Means ( OAVM ) ( Meetings ) for the purpose of considering, and if thought fit, approving the Scheme of Arrangement of the Company and its shareholders and creditors ( the Scheme ).
