Retire as a Director of the Company pursuant to Article 98 of the Company's Constitution and not seeking re-election as he has served on Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director from financial year 2013 to financial year 2021 (both years inclusive). This will facilitate Board renewal.

Based on its enquiries, the Company's sponsor CIMB Bank Berhad, Singapore Branch is satisfied that, saved as disclosed, there is no other material reason for the cessation of Mr Ng How Hwan, Kevin as Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company.
