we wish to inform you that, as per the Terms and Condition of the Series B Bonds issued in terms of Offering Circular dated November 8, 2012, the Conversion Price of Series B Bonds i.e. US $ 207,546,000 Interest Bearing Convertible Bonds due 2017 convertible into shares, have been reset w.e.f. November 8, 2014, details of which are as follows:

1. The Conversion Price prior to such adjustment Rs. 11.38
2. The adjusted Conversion Price Rs. 10.00
