With respect to the US$687,800,000 1.50 per cent. convertible bonds due 2024 convertible into common shares of LG Display Co., Ltd. a meeting of the bondholders is called by the trustee, the Bank of New York Mellon for the purpose of considering and passing, among other things, the following resolutions : 1. approves the appointment of Citicorp International Limited as the new Trustee for the Bondholders; and 2. approves the appointment of Citibank, N.A., London Branch as the new Principal Agent and Transfer Agent and Citigroup Global Markets Europe AG as the new Registrar of the Notes under the paying, conversion and transfer agency agreement dated 22 August 2019.
