In line with Rule 704(29) of the Listing Manual of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited, DBS Group Holdings Ltd ("DBSH") wishes to announce that, following the payment of a capital return dividend of 15 cents per ordinary share on 17 April 2026, adjustments have been made to all unvested share awards granted under the DBSH Share Plan. As a result, the total number of ordinary shares comprised in such unvested share awards has increased by 25,327 shares. Please see attached for more information.
