The Issuer is pleased to announce that it has today issued U.S.$50,000,000 7.25 per cent. Senior Guaranteed Notes due 2027 (the "Additional Notes") to be consolidated and form a single series with the U.S.$200,000,000 Senior Guaranteed Notes due 2027 issued on 20 July 2020 and the U.S.$170,000,000 Senior Guaranteed Notes due 2027 issued on 17 May 2021 (collectively, the "Original Notes", and together with the Additional Notes, the "Notes") unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by the Guarantors under the Issuer's U.S.$2,000,000,000 Medium Term Note Programme. Following the issuance of the Additional Notes, the aggregate principal amount of the Notes is U.S.$420,000,000.
