Mr. Tan has tendered his resignation to pursue other career opportunities.

The Company is in the process of identifying a suitable candidate and further announcement will be made in due course once a new appointment is confirmed. In the interim, the Chief Business Officer and Group Accountant will oversee the financials of the Group.

Based on its enquiries, the Company's sponsor, UOB Kay Hian Private Limited, is satisfied that, save as disclosed in the announcement, there are no other material reasons for the cessation of Mr. Tan as Financial Controller of the Company.

There are no concerns with regards to the financial reporting that led to the cessation of Mr. Tan and there are no disagreements between Mr. Tan and the Board of Directors of the Company with regards to practices that would have an impact to the Company's financial reporting.
