We refer to our earlier communication(s):

i. Dated 17th October 2018 vide which we informed that IDBI Bank Limited has withdrawn nomination of Mr. Sanjiv Kumar Sachdev from the Board of Directors of the Company w.e.f 17th September 2018 and that the said withdrawal and consequent resignation by Mr. Sanjiv Kumar Sachdev shall be placed for acceptance in the next meeting of Committee of Creditors.

ii. Dated 17th November 2018 regarding updates on the fourth meeting of Committee of Creditors.

In this connection, we would like to inform that the Committee of Creditors vide resolution passed through e-voting has:

a) approved/accepted the resignation tendered by Mr. Sanjiv Kumar Sachdev.

b) Pursuant to provisions of Section 12(2) of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 approved the extension of time of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) by further period 90 days.
