Description (Please provide a detailed description of the event in the box below): The Company has allotted and issued to the Placees an aggregate of 520,000 treasury shares in the capital of the Company at an issue price of S$0.25 for each Placement Share, amounting to an aggregate gross consideration of S$130,000. The Placement Shares has been allotted from the Company's treasury shares. The Company has an issued and paid-up capital of 946,442,940 ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares). The Company has not make an application to the SGX-ST for the listing and quotation of the Placement Shares on the Mainboard of the SGX-ST as the Placement Shares is allotted from the Company's treasury shares. Upon the completion of the Placement, the Company's treasury shares is reduced from 19,422,407 to 18,902,407.
