Intimation regarding the change of name of Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA) of Tata Motors Limited (the Company) from Link Intime India Private Limited to MUFG Intime India Private Limited

This is to inform you that the Company has received an email communication from it s RTA on December 31, 2024, that consequent upon acquisition of Link Group by Mitsubishi UFJ Trust & Banking Corporation, Link Intime India Private Limited will now be known as MUFG Intime India Private Limited. The said change of name is effective December 31, 2024.

Accordingly, the name of our RTA s will now be MUFG Intime India Private Limited. We request you to take note of the same and update in your records the name of MUFG Intime India Private Limited as the RTA s of the Company.

A detailed letter to that effect is being enclosed herewith for your information and records.
