Continuum Green Energy (Continuum), one of the leading renewable energy groups in India focused on commercial and industrial consumers, announces that they have raised INR 12.56 bn, approx. USD150 million pursuant to a definitive agreement executed with Just Climate, a specialist investment business focused on scaling solutions for the highest-emitting, most off-track sectors of the economy, by issuing new ordinary equity of Continuum Green Energy Pvt Ltd, India, a 100 percent subsidiary of Continuum Green Energy Holdings Ltd, Singapore, to support Continuum s continued deployment of wind-solar-hybrid energy generation and storage projects across India.
