Attached is BPI's submission of its amended Public Ownership Report as of cut-off date 31 December 2024, the report was amended to reflect the correct classification of direct and indirect shares for all non-public shares. Additionally, it was updated to include the indirect shares of Robinsons Retail Holdings, Inc., which are lodged with and recorded under the name of the PCD Nominee Corporation.

Also, please note the following:

a. The correct percentage of the total number of shares held by directors to the total outstanding shares which is 0.11%
b. The correct percentage of the total number of shares held by officers to the total outstanding shares which is 0.12%
c. The correct percentage of the total number of shares held by employees to the total outstanding shares which is 1.18%.

This is not reflected due to rounding-off limitations of the report template.
