Please note that, further to the Company's announcement released on 29 September 2025, we have identified a clerical error in the Company's Annual Report for year 2025.

At page 13, under "Corporate Information" the "re-appointed date" of Mr Kenny Kwan Yew Kwong, Mr Kazuo Jozeph Takeda, and Ms Chua Siew Hwi should correctly read as "30 October 2024".

We hereby attach a corrected version of the Company's Annual Report for the year 2025.

Apart from the above amendment, no other changes have been made.
