Detailed reason(s) for cessation
Mr Poon Hon Thang Samuel, who shall retire by rotation pursuant to Article 94 of the Company's Constitution, will not be seeking re-election at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 27 April 2026. Mr Poon will accordingly retire as a Director at the conclusion of the said Annual General Meeting. Following his retirement, Mr Poon will also cease to be the Chairman of the Nominating Committee ("NC").

The Board would like to express its appreciation to Mr Poon Hon Thang Samuel for his dedicated service and invaluable contributions to the Group.
