NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Company declared a cash injection for total 5,000,000 shares, and payable to shareholder of record on October 20, 2021.

As a result of the cash injection, the Company informs the Bondholders of that (i) the Conversion Price prior to the adjustment was NT$ 174.9 per share, (ii) the adjustment pursuant to Condition 5(C)(i) and 5(C)(vii) of the Indenture, shall be NT$ 174.3 per share, which shall be effective on October 15, 2021.
