Detailed reason(s) for cessation
Ms Lim Hui Kee ("Ms Lim") tendered her resignation to pursue other career opportunities. Ms Lim is serving the requisite two-month notice period in accordance with the terms of her employment.

The Company is currently in the process of recruiting a suitable replacement to assume the operational duties of the outgoing Assistant Financial Controller, and the duties of the Assistant Financial Controller will be covered by the existing finance team in the interim.

After having interviewed Ms Lim and to the best of its knowledge, the Sponsor is satisfied that, save as disclosed in this announcement for cessation, there are no other material reasons for the resignation of Ms Lim as the Assistant Financial Controller of the Company.

In addition, there are no concerns with regard to financial reporting that led to the cessation of Ms Lim, and there are no disagreements between Ms Lim and the Company s Board of Directors with regards to practices that will have an impact on the Company s financial reporting.
