Detailed Reason (s) for cessation
Mr Wong Yew Cheok ("Mr Wong") has tendered his resignation to explore new career opportunities and further his professional development.

The Company is in the process of identifying a suitable candidate and further announcement will be made in due course once a new appointment is confirmed. In the interim, the finance and accounting functions of the Group will be overseen by the Company's finance team.

Based on its enquiries, the Company's sponsor, UOB Kay Hian Private Limited, is satisfied that, save as disclosed in the announcement, there are no other material reasons for the cessation of Mr Wong as Financial Controller of the Company.

There are no concerns with regards to the financial reporting that led to the cessation of Mr Wong and there are no disagreements between Mr Wong and the Board of Directors of the Company with regard to practices that would have an impact to the Company's financial reporting.
