This announcement is related to Indus Gas Limited's Offer to Purchase where on 7 March 2018 it has accepted valid Tender Offers of Notes from Noteholders representing an aggregate of S$99,000,000 in nominal amount of the Notes.

The nominal amount of the Notes which will remain outstanding after the expected settlement of the Tender Offer will be S$1,000,000.

The Issuer expects settlement of the Tender Offer to occur on or around 8 March 2018.
