The Board of Directors of Golden Agri-Resources Ltd ("GAR") wishes to announce that PT SMART Tbk, a subsidiary of GAR listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, has published an abridged prospectus in Bahasa Indonesia, in Kontan newspaper, regarding its plan to do a Public Offering for its IDR5 trillion bond programme, called "OBLIGASI BERKELANJUTAN III SMART" ("Bond Programme") in Indonesia.

Phase I of the Bond Programme is estimated to be completed in June 2021.

A published copy of the abridged prospectus in Bahasa Indonesia is attached.
