The Wholly-owned subsidiary company of the Company China Merchants Property (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as China Merchants (Shenzhen) and the wholly owned subsidiary company of the holding subsidiary company of the Company China Merchants Land Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as China Merchants Land ) Huamin Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Huamin ) signed an agreement on August 3, 2014, and China Merchants (Shenzhen) plans to transfer 49% equity of China Merchants Property (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as China Merchants (Guangzhou) held by it to Huamin. The transfer price of the above-mentioned equity is RMB 1,212.77 million Yuan.
