following changes:-

(1) the appointment of Mr Khoo Boo Han and Ms Goh Wei Lin as Joint Company Secretaries in
place of Ms Kim Yi Hwa with effect from 3 August 2014; and

(2) the appointment of M & C Services Private Limited as Share Registrar in place of Boardroom
Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd. with effect from 3 August 2014.
