Agreement for Sale of Subsidiary

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations please be informed that TML Holdings Pte Limited ('THPL'), a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Motors Limited ('the Company'), has informed that THPL has entered into an agreement for sale of its entire shareholding of 60% in Tata Motors (SA) (Pty) Limited to Tata Africa Holdings (SA) Proprietary Limited on September 29, 2023. The sale will conclude by October 3, 2023 and Tata Motors (SA) (Pty) Limited will cease to be a subsidiary of the Company from that date. The detailed release is annexed herewith.
