Notice of Redemption:
Electricidad Firme de Mexico Holdings, S.A. de C.V. (the Company ) hereby gives notice to the holders of its 4.900% Senior Secured Notes due 2026 (the Notes ) of redemption in full in accordance with paragraph 6(b) of the Notes and Section 3.07(b) of the Indenture, dated as of September 20, 2021 (the Indenture ), among the Company, Electricidad Cometa Mexico, S.A. de C.V., as initial guarantor, each other guarantor party from time to time thereto, The Bank of New York Mellon, as indenture trustee (in such capacity, the Indenture Trustee ), registrar, transfer agent and paying agent (in such capacity, the Paying Agent ), and Banco Actinver, S.A., Institucion de Banca Multiple, Grupo Financiero Actinver, as collateral agent.

1.The Redemption Date for the Notes will be March 12, 2025.
2.The Notes will be redeemed in full at a redemption price (the Redemption Price) of:
a. 101.225% of the principal amount thereof, plus
b.accrued but unpaid interest thereon to, but excluding, the Redemption Date.
