Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ( the Regulation ), we would like to inform that a Committee of the Board of the Company has on June 14, 2017 approved the partial divestment of the stake held by the Company in Tata Technologies Limited, a subsidiary of the Company and definitive documents have been entered into in this regard. Enclosed is the press release as Annexure A on the cited subject.

Enclosed is Annexure B, giving brief details of the partial divestment, in prescribed form, the content of which is self-explanatory.
