Description (Please provide a detailed description of the event in the box below - Refer to the Online help for the format): Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited (OCBC) will provide voluntary updates for its first and third quarter results, following SGX RegCo's removal of mandatory quarterly reporting with effect from 7 February 2020.

These voluntary updates will take the form of abridged financials which include key financial information - selected income statement items, key balance sheet items and financial ratios - accompanied by a summary of business performance. OCBC is committed to engaging shareholders through clear, timely and consistent communication, and these voluntary disclosures will supplement our half-year and full-year reports which will continue in their current format.

The first quarter 2020 voluntary results update will be released on 8 May 2020 (Friday), before the trading market opens.

This will also be available on OCBC's website at www.ocbc.com.
