Reference is made to the USD600,000,000 5.375% Senior Debentures Due 2048 which were issued by Thaioil Treasury Center Company Limited (the "Company") in November 2018 (the Debentures ).

The Company wishes to announce that, as of the date of this announcement, the Company has repurchased and cancelled a principal amount of US$43,000,000 of the Debentures from the open market.

As of May 26, 2025, there was USD557,000,000 in aggregate principal amount of the Debentures outstanding. The Debentures are listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST).

The Company will continue to monitor market conditions and may make further repurchase of its senior Debentures as and when appropriate. The Company may or may not make any further repurchase of the Debentures in the future. Noteholders and potential investors should note that any on-market purchase of the Debentures from time to time by the Company will be at the Company s sole and absolute discretion. There is no assurance of the timing, amount or price of any repurchase of the Debentures or whether the Company will make any further repurchase at all. Noteholders and potential investors should therefore exercise caution when dealing in any senior Debentures of the Company.
