The Board of Directors of Sinarmas Land Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce that PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk ("BSDE"), a subsidiary of the Company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, has released the following disclosures:-

(1) "Information Disclosure of Material Facts of BSDE" regarding the issue of 7.25% senior notes due 2021 in the principal amount of US$250,000,000 by Global Prime Capital Pte. Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of BSDE ("Disclosure I"); and

(2) "Information Disclosure to the Shareholders of BSDE in relation to the Affiliated Party Transaction", published in Investor Daily newspaper, on 30 April 2018 ("Disclosure II").

Copies of the Disclosure I in Bahasa Indonesia and English translation and Disclosure II in Bahasa Indonesia are attached.
