Detailed reason(s) for cessation
Mr Tan Keng Hoe Melvin ("Melvin Tan") will retire as the Chief Technical Officer ("CTO") of the Group with effect from 31 December 2025. The Company continues to value Mr Melvin Tan's contributions to the Group and in light of his skills and ability to continue contributing to the Group, the Company would appoint Mr Melvin Tan as a consultant of the Group from 1 January 2026 for a period of 1 year and can be renewed for another 1 year based on mutual agreement so as to continue supporting the technical demands of all projects and operations to ensure the Group's competency. There will not be a replacement of CTO.

After having interviewed Mr Melvin Tan and to the best of its knowledge, the Company's Sponsor, SAC Capital Private Limited, is satisfied that other than as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reasons for the retirement of Mr Melvin Tan as the CTO of the Group.
