NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Green River Holding Co. Ltd.(the Company) has announced a cash dividend of NT$ 4.2 per common share after such dividend was approved at the general shareholder s meeting on June 12, 2018 and the meeting of Board of Director on March 12, 2018.

As a result, pursuant to the Terms and Conditions of the Bonds, the Company informs the holders of Bonds that Closed Period will be effect during the period from June 22 to July 17,2018 (both days inclusive).
