Detailed Reason (s) for cessation
Mr. Liang has tendered his resignation as the Group Financial Controller ("GFC") of the Company to pursue other career opportunities.

After having interviewed Mr Liang and to the best of its knowledge, the Company's Sponsor, RHT Capital Pte. Ltd., is satisfied that, save as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reasons for the cessation of Mr. Liang as the GFC of the Company.

In addition, there is no concern with regards to financial reporting that led to the cessation of Mr. Liang and there is no disagreement between Mr. Liang and Judicial Managers of the Company with regards to practices that would have an impact to the Company's financial reporting.
