With Mr Chan Soon Hee Eric's resignation as Director of the Company, he will also cease to act as the Lead Independent Director, as Chairman of Audit & Risk Committee, Remuneration Committee, and Board Sustainability Committee, and as a Member of Board Committee and Nominating Committee of the Company.
