Mexico City, September 15, 2022 - Infraestructura Energ tica Nova, S.A.P.I. de C.V. ( IEnova ), informs the public investors that it has prepaid, in full the financing of IEnova Pipelines. In 2013, IEnova Pipelines obtained financing for Los Ramones I Pipeline s construction, which prepayment was concluded in full today, for a total amount of US$139 million plus interest, hedge termination costs, and other ancillary costs.
