The Company and its Group's current Group Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Group Deputy CEO), Group Chief Corporate Services Officer (Group CCSO) and Group Chief Financial Officer (Group CFO), Mr Koh Thong Hean (Mr Koh), will retire on 31 March 2026. Mr Koh will first relinquish his Group CFO position with effect from 1 January 2026 but remain as Group Deputy CEO and Group CCSO until his retirement. Following his retirement, Mr Koh will assume an advisory role from 1 April 2026, ensuring a seamless transition and continuity of strategic initiatives. Mr Koh has been instrumental in the Group's financial stewardship and corporate services development over the past seven years.
