Orazul Energy Peru announced a cash tender offer of any and all of its $363 million Notes due 2027
The tender offer consideration is of $1,000 per $1,000 of the nominal amount of the 2027 Notes, which aligns with Orazul's call price for the 2027 Notes
The offering will expire on September 12th 2025 at 5 PM ET and Orazul intends to clean-up any notes that are not tendered through Par call Redemption.
