This is to inform that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Saturday, August 12, 2017 at the Registered Office, inter-alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2017.

In addition to the requirement of Sub-Regulation (3)(a) of Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company will submit Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2017 in accordance with the provision of Sub Regulation 3(b) of Regulation 33.

Further in accordance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window of the Company will remain closed from August 5, 2017 to August 14, 2017 (both days inclusive
