As at 27 October 2015, the issued share capital of the Company consists of 677,300,000 ordinary shares. After the share buy-back carried out on 18 March 2016, the issued share capital of the Company consists of 673,800,000 ordinary shares (excluding the shares repurchased which were held as treasury shares).
