Additional TextThe Issuer, having considered that there are no holders of outstanding global depository receipts of the Issuer ( GDRs ) and the costs involved in maintaining the listing of the GDRs on the SGX-ST, has determined that there is limited practical benefit in maintaining the listing of the GDRs on the SGX-ST
Additional Textand the delisting of the GDRs from the SGX-ST would be in the best interests of the Issuer s shareholders.
Additional TextAs at the date of this announcement, all of the GDRs have been converted into underlying shares of the Issuer and there are no holders of outstanding GDRs. Accordingly, there are no steps to be taken by holders of outstanding GDRs to realise their GDRs.
