At the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held on 29 April 2022, the shareholders of the Company approved the appointment of Crowe Horwath First Trust LLP as auditors of the Company in place of retiring auditors of the Company, Baker Tilly TFW LLP, to hold office until the conclusion of the next AGM of the Company.
