Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that CRISIL Limited has upgraded our credit rating from CRISIL BB/Stable to CRISIL BBB-/Stable (Investment Grade)# in respect of our bank loan facilities.

Pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in the shares of the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company was closed for all employees and Directors as defined in the Code of the Company from May 30, 2018 to June 3, 2018 and the same will be opened at the beginning of the trading hours on June 4, 2018.
