Mr Vincent Chong Sy Feng is currently President & CEO (Designate) and Alternate Director to Mr Tan Pheng Hock on the Board of Singapore Technologies Engineering Ltd ("ST Engineering"). Following the recommendation of the Nominating Committee, the Board has approved the appointment of Mr Chong as President & CEO and executive Director of the Company with effect from 1 October 2016. He will cease to be Alternate Director and will take over from Mr Tan Pheng Hock who will retire as President & CEO and executive Director and become Advisor to Mr Chong.
