In continuation of our disclosure dated October 7, 2022 and pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the LODR Regulations, we hereby inform you that the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench ( NCLT ) has today, i.e. May 19, 2023, approved the resolution plan submitted by JSW Steel Coated Products Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of JSW Steel Limited (the "Company") in respect of the corporate insolvency resolution process of National Steel & Agro Industries Limited under the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016.

The written order of the NCLT is awaited.
