Detailed Reason (s) for cessation
Ms Irene Kiew ("Ms Kiew") has decided to resign from the post of Head of Design & Sales as she prefers to revert back to her former freelance position where she enjoys greater flexibility in terms of time management and ability to accept a wider nature of projects.

The Company is currently searching for a new Head of Design & Sales to fill the position. In the interim, Ms Kiew will continue to serve the Group in relation to renovations, interior design and fit out as an Interior Design Advisor.

After having interviewed Ms Kiew and to the best of its knowledge, the Company's Sponsor, PrimePartners Corporate Finance Pte. Ltd. is satisfied that save as disclosed in this announcement, there are no other material reason for the cessation of Ms Kiew as the Head of Design & Sales of the Group.
