Mexico City, January 9, 2025 Total Play Telecomunicaciones, S.A.P.I. de C.V. ("Total Play"), Mexico's leading telecommunications company, which offers internet access, pay TV and telephony services, through one of the largest 100% fiber optic networks in the country, announced today, that Fitch Ratings assigned a B- rating with a recovery rating of RR4 to its 11.125% New Senior Secured Notes due 2032, announced to be issued as part of its exchange offer for the 6.375% Senior Notes due 2028.
