The Annual Report 2019 is not accompanied by the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and the Proxy Form, which will be sent to shareholders of the Company at a later date separately when the date of the AGM has been determined.

As announced by the Company on 4 May 2020, the Company will hold its AGM for FY2019 by 29 June 2020 in view of the approval granted by SGX RegCo for extension of time to hold the Company's AGM for FY2019. Please refer to the abovementioned announcement of the Company for further details. Accordingly, the Company will make further announcement(s) via SGXNet to update its shareholders on the exact date and details of the Company's AGM for FY2019 in due course.
