This is to inform that as per the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors vide circular resolution passed on November 16, 2018 have appointed Ms. Anjoo Navalkar (DIN- 00270356) as an Additional (Non-Executive) Director on the Board of the Company with immediate effect.

We also wish to inform that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board has been re-constituted by inducting Ms. Anjoo Navalkar as a Member of the Committee
