1. The Notes will be listed and quoted in the Bonds Market with effect from 9.00 a.m., Tuesday, 5 September 2017.

(II) The short name and abbreviated name of the Notes are 'KorDeBkn5.8%200901R' and 'KRDBN20R' respectively. The ISIN code is XS1670647871.

The letter 'R' denotes that trading of the Notes issued under Regulation S. The letter 'A' denotes that trading of the Notes issued under Rule 144A.
