Having considered the recommendation of the management of the Company, the Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Mr. Soon Jeremy as Sales Manager of Heatec Jietong Pte. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company after assessing his qualifications, working experience and performance. The Board is of the view that he has the requisite experiences and capabilities to assume the duties and responsibilities as the Sales Manager.
