1. The Notes will be listed and quoted in the Bonds Market with effect from 9.00 a.m., Thursday, 30 April 2015.

2. The short names and abbreviated names of the Notes are:

i) KoreaRes n2.25%200429A and 'KORRN20A' respectively. The ISIN Code is US50066JAA25.
ii) KoreaRes n2.25%200429R and KORRN20R' respectively. The ISIN Code is US50066KAA97.

The letter 'R' denotes that trading of the Notes issued under Regulation S. The letter 'A' denotes that trading of the Notes issued under Rule 144A.

3. The Notes will be quoted and traded in US Dollar. The Notes will be in denominations of USD200,000 and integral multiples of USD1,000 in excess thereof, and will be traded in minimum trading board lot size of USD200,000.
